Attention to detail was excellent. When filling the oil at the fill port the Tech kept everything clean.

The salesman, Dewayne was very helpful and polite. I was a little frustrated when I came in because I thought I filled the application out online and drove a long way to find out it wasn't. I let Dewayne know what my expectations were and he handled everything above and beyond my expectations. My process was smooth and I thank Thorton Cheverolet for that.

My paperwork was all prepared for me to sign and I didn’t have to stay at the dealership for hours it was very professional

My experience at Thornton is always a great one. They were able to get me in quickly before a road trip so I could get an oil change and tire rotation. They filled my tires and fluids and noticed my wipers were pretty rough which I had been meaning to take care of but hadn’t. I appreciated they took care of them and for a good price similar to what I would pay at an Auto Zone or other store. The staff is always friendly and great to deal with every time I visit and this time was no different. There is a reason I almost always try to take my car to get serviced here instead of any random garage. Not just because of the fantastic work they do but because of the wonderful employees.

Easy Peezy! Dropped off my vehicle and was greeted pretty quickly! They called when it was done and when I came to pick it up, they knew which vehicle was mine, that was impressive since it was a different person who took my vehicle earlier that morning! I really like this dealership and would recommend!

Devin was excellent as was Will in our purchase process.

They explained what needed to be done and how it was to be done. (Transmission flush and updated fluid) They were very professional and informative. Shame on GM/Chevrolet for manufacturing a product that is not up to their standards. More research should have been done to see the correct fluid was used and did not produce problems with the transmission's performance costing the customers over a billion dollars collectively. Having owned numerous trucks in the past, it saddens me to say I will not be purchasing another GM/Chevrolet Truck.

I had scheduled an appointment for my 2014 Silverado for an inspection and LOF. I have dealt with this dealership for over a number of decades and have never be disappointed. I have been conditioned to expect only the best service and, as usual, they lived up to my expectations. Upon my arrival, I was met by a member of the service team to confirm the reasons for my appointment. The service was provided within the time quoted. Most people I hear complain about a dealership is about the expected cost. My satisfaction comes from the results of the service and a shown appreciation for my patronage, both of which brings me back time after time. So, as long as this relationship continues, I'll be back. Thornton Chevrolet in Manchester, Pa is the best A salute and carry on!!!!
